Golden Horizon Enterprises Pty Ltd is a Western Australian property development company working primarily across regional towns. Our focus is the places that big-city developers overlook — and the projects those communities genuinely need.
The company brings together a decade of combined experience in regional WA property development, planning and project delivery. That history shapes how we work: close to councils, close to communities, and accountable for a project from its first feasibility study through to the day it opens its doors.
We deliver a deliberately mixed portfolio — commercial fuel and hospitality projects, residential subdivisions, modular housing and major community facility proposals — because a broad base of work is what lets us keep delivering, and keep serving whole towns rather than single sites.
